HOW QUICKLY CAN MY ORDER ARRIVE?

All our products are made to on-demand after an order is placed, and take anywhere from 3-10 business days to produce, depending on the product(s), size of order, and seasonal demand.

Once your package is in possession of the shipping carrier, the time it takes to reach the buyer's doorstep or mailbox is usually 3-7 business days.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for delivery during the busy holiday seasons.

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Sorry, we do NOT offer express shipping as an option.

But, to expedite customer wait times, it's not uncommon for items within a single order to ship separately ‚łļ at no addition charge!

After each item is shipped, a confirmation email is sent with tracking information and will be updated throughout its journey to the door or mailbox.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER DIRECTLY FROM YOU?

Unfortunately, we do NOT offer, or have the ability to offer, in-person pickups. We are strictly an online retailer and do not have a physical retail shop.

We are a Kansas City-based company, but all orders are shipped directly from our production partner's fulfillment centers and not our local KC office.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once a purchase has been fulfilled and ready to be shipped, the customer will be updated on the order status. This email will contain the tracking number links and 'need to know' information provided by the shipping company.

You may also use our website's green Help Bubble (lower right corner of screen) to track your package.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?

All products are made to order and all sales are considered final!

For this reason, we ask that you carefully review all provided information on the product's page, such as product features and size charts before ordering.

If you've received the incorrect item or an item that is defective due to manufacturing error, please CONTACT us within 14 DAYS after delivery for an exchange or refund if deemed worthy. Click here to see if your order qualifies.

Approximately 2-weeks after an order is delivered, all buyers will receive an email requesting honest impressions of our products.

YES, we offers bulk pricing for LARGE orders when a single product count of 60+ UNITS (multiple variants allowed) are sold within the same transaction.

HOW DOES COVID EFFECT YOUR STORE?

Since the ūüė∑¬†COVID¬†pandemic hit, it's affected all fields of business. All service providers rely on supply chains to efficiently and successfully run their operation selling goods. Ours has stabilized due to great supply partners and fulfillment centers.

When it comes to shipping... we're glad to see the parcel industry adjust and survive the scary times. However, as valent as they've been, delays still occured occasionally.

That's why, as long as COVID mandates & procedures are still in-place around the world, we suggest being patient and alotting for an additional 1-3 business days to your delivery time.
