PRODUCTION TIMES

• Our products are produced on-demand, meaning we do NOT have a warehouse full of inventory and thus our products are finished, or completely manufactured, just for you once your order is placed.

• Production can take as long as 2-10 business days depending on the item(s).

⸺ Track Jackets: 6-10 business days
⸺ Headwear: 3-7 business days
⸺ Vinyl Stickers: 2-5 business days

** Major holiday seasons, such as Black Friday and Cyber Weekend, or Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanza can add an additional 3-5 business days to our production times due to high order volume.

SHIPPING TIMES

• Once packages are shipped, wait times can vary from 3-7 shipping days before reaching your doorstep or mailbox.

• To reduce customer wait times, it's not uncommon for items within a single order to ship separately ⸺ with no additional charge! We'll also send tracking information for each shipped package when this occurs.

** Please Note: It may take up to 72 hours before package movement occurs with your tracking information as it's handed-off and processed into the shipping carrier's system.

SHIPPING ISSUES?

KC Swag is not liable for shipping delays, damaged or missing parcels. Once a package is handed-off, all liability falls on our shipping carrier.

If your full order has not been delivered within 15 shipping days from the date of shipment. Please contact the shipping provider before reaching out to KC Swag.

If your package is deemed "Lost in Transit" due to unknown issues, we will do our best to reissue replacement(s).

If a package is returned to our fulfillment center due "Wrong Address Provided", the customer is responsible for any further shipping charges to resend package(s) to an updated address.
